Payment Terms

Prices and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are expressed in Euros (€). These items are not subject to VAT (Article 293b of the French General Tax Code).

  • Shipping: The price shown on product pages does not include transport.

  • Final Price: The price indicated in the order confirmation is final for France and EU countries. It includes:

    • product price,

    • handling, packaging, and storage fees,

    • transport, insurance, and setup costs.

  • Payment: Payment is due in full on the day of order confirmation.

Accepted Payment Methods

  1. Credit Card (CB)
    Payment is processed via Banque Populaire Cyber Paiement on a secure server. Your card number is sent directly to the bank; payment is made securely without passing through the shop’s server. Your card details are only known to our banking partner.

    • If the bank refuses payment, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer notified by email.

    • A verification procedure may be carried out to ensure the cardholder is the user. This may delay payment validation and could lead to order cancellation.

  2. Cheque
    Cheques should be made payable to Les Portraits du Velay and sent to the address provided during the order.

  3. Bank Transfer
    The shop’s IBAN will be provided at the end of the order process.

  4. PayPal
    Payment via your secure PayPal account.
